Luminox strives to excel in sustainability and the latest watch collection in collaboration with Bear Grylls is a perfect example of its efforts. The Survival Master series uses #tide recycled plastic from water bottles recovered from the ocean to make the case, bezel and straps, creating a new manufacturing process that is available in three dial and strap color options: yellow, green and blue. Each of the three models will have a green case and bezel made of sustainable material with the Bear Grylls logo prominently placed at the 4 o'clock position. The back of the watch case features the Luminox, Bear Grylls and #TIDE logos to commemorate this collaboration.

#TIDE ocean materials are made from 100% ocean-bound plastic, developed in partnership with Swiss scientists. On five islands in the Andaman Sea off the coast of Thailand, local fishermen are being trained and paid to gather and sort plastic waste.

Bear Grylls challenged Luminox to push even further in its quest for sustainability, by utilizing new upcycled plastic material for the case and black strap in partnership with #TIDE. The ecofriendly material provides equal durability and water resistance, both adventure essentials, as CARBONOX™.
