If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your watch purchase, you will receive a full refund with some exceptions.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, unused and in the same condition that you received it. You must include the original packaging, tags, paperwork, books, manuals, certification and/or anything else included in the package. All tags/labels must still be fully affixed to the item.
Return requests must be made within 14 days of receiving the item.
$100-$249: Free Shipping via USPS Ground Advantage (3-5 Business Days). Includes tracking.
$250+: Free Shipping via USPS Priority (1-3 Business Days). Includes insurance and tracking. Signatures are required.
